We are committed to do all in our power to ensure our clients’ orders are completed fully and without delay. However, please note orders’ arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as the volume of orders, postal mishandling and technical malfunctions could have an influence.
Staying in line with the current lockdown in various parts of the world, there will be a slight delay in delivering orders as most of our courier partners have halted operations while others are short staffed. We are constantly monitoring the situation and working with our courier partners to get your orders delivered as soon as possible. We request you to bear with us in this challenging situation.

We offer free shipping worldwide! Express delivery is available to most destinations. Customers are requested to add a note of the express delivery address during checkout and we will notify you with the additional costs and possibility.

WHICH CURRENCIES CAN I SHOP IN?
The currency that you shop with is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD for a competitive exchange rate.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES & TRACKING?
We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. Non-Customized orders are generally dispatched within 3-4 business days. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 4-7 business days in India, and international orders could take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on your location. Within a day after the product has been shipped, you will receive a mail with the tracking number. In the bottom of our homepage there is a “Track My Order” option under Customer Care where all orders can be tracked.
Once the product has left our warehouse, The House Of Ganges will not be held responsible in cases of delayed deliveries caused due to any unforeseen circumstances faced by our courier partners. In case of such delays, you can get in touch with us and we will do what is in our power to get your product to you at the earliest.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For Deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website. Octroi charges may be levied on few destinations (mostly in Maharashtra) displayed on the site. These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded.
For International Deliveries, most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, local taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Payment of these is necessary for delivery. We are unable to advise what amount this would be as duties vary widely from country to country. The House of Ganges is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping. Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION:
If you decide to cancel or modify your order please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
Please note, if an account is created after placing an order, the order will not appear in your dashboard. We are also unable to link the order to a new account. Only orders placed with The House of Ganges account will appear in your account. If you place an order as a guest, you will still receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
